Mockups are provided within 24 hours after a $20 deposit has been received. No refunds are provided.
Once a completion date is selected the date cannot be moved up, in order to respect other clients and their deadline's.

*Painting disclosure* true paint colors are sometimes off from the original mock up due to paint availability/tone, I try my best to get as close as possible.

*Artist has the right to make minor changes during the painting process & if needed the client is notified to approve changes beforehand (artist will wait 24 hours for response, if no response is given the artist will proceed with what makes the best sense for the banner being painted.)
