Private Outdoor Tent Rental
Reserve your own private outdoor tent space for your group to gather and enjoy the farm. Your rental includes picnic tables under the tent, giving your group a designated space to call your own.

Please note: This is an outdoor rental. The tent provides shade and a designated gathering space, but it is not an enclosed or climate controlled area. Please plan accordingly for the weather.
Miller Farms Party Policies
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted
- Outside alcohol is not permitted
- No glitter, confetti, balloons containing confetti, or open flames
- Birthday cake and cupcakes are welcome
- Private tent rentals accommodate up to 30 guests. For groups larger than 30, including school groups, camps, teams, and organizations, please contact us directly for group pricing and availability
- A $50 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due the day of your event
- Final headcount, including all children ages 3 to 17, must be confirmed one week before your event date
Weather Policy
Miller Farms is an outdoor venue, and events proceed rain or shine. In the case of severe weather (tornado warning, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe conditions), we reserve the right to temporarily close the farm for the safety of guests and staff. If your event is affected by a weather closure, only your deposit will be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled date, subject to availability. This does not apply to guest cancellations for other reasons, which remain non refundable per our standard policy.
