Your goals matter to me. Before we work together, I want you to understand what coaching involves and what we’ll each bring to the process.
I know what it feels like to want change without knowing where to start. After shoulder surgery and significant weight gain, I found myself over 300 pounds, struggling emotionally, and unhappy with the direction my health was heading.
Through changes to my nutrition and training habits, I lost over 100 pounds of fat and built a healthier, more confident life. That experience is why I want to help others.
When I needed guidance and accountability most, I didn’t have it. My goal with IMPCT is to provide that support for someone else.
Ignite.Manifest.Persevere.Conquer.Triumph.
These words represent the effort behind meaningful change—and the mindset I want to help you develop.

You can expect personalized training, honest feedback, and someone who takes your goals seriously. Your program will account for your experience, schedule, and available equipment, whether you train at home, in a gym, or both.
Our initial coaching program focuses on general fitness, building consistent habits, and accountability.
We’ll use Everfit to organize your training and track your progress. Coaching will also address everyday nutrition habits and consistency within the scope of the services we agree on.
I want to understand what is getting in your way. If something isn’t working, we’ll talk about it and determine what needs to change.
You do not need to arrive in great shape or have everything figured out. You do need to be willing to participate, communicate honestly, and work consistently toward your goals.
That means making time for the training we agree on, keeping your progress information accurate, completing check-ins, and telling me when you’re struggling.
A missed workout or difficult week is something we can work through. Please don’t feel that you need to hide setbacks or wait until things are going perfectly to reach out. Honest information helps me coach you effectively.
You’ll submit your weekly progress update Saturday evening ahead of your Sunday check-in so I can review it and prepare.
Sunday check-ins will take place via call. Calls will be scheduled between 2–7 p.m. Central Time and last up to 15 minutes.
We’ll use EverLift for coaching messages. Outside Sunday check-ins, you can expect a response within 8–10 hours. If you need to change your appointment, contact me through EverLift or my training email.
We won’t change your program simply to make it look different each week. We’ll review your feedback and progress, then make adjustments when they’re useful.
I will help you set realistic expectations, but I won’t promise a particular transformation or timeline. Your starting point, circumstances, and consistency will all influence your progress.
I care about more than whether you complete a workout. I want you to understand what you’re doing, build confidence, and develop habits you can carry into your everyday life.
If you’re ready to put in the effort and accept support along the way, I’d like to hear your story.
Thank you for applying to IMPCT Coaching. We’ll review your application and, if we think we’re a good fit and a coaching spot is available, we’ll contact you by text with a few follow-up questions. Before you decide to enroll, we’ll explain the next steps and payment details.
Thank you for taking the time to share your goals with us.
