Package Agreement

I understand that once I select and agree to a package, I cannot change my package unless approved by the event coordinator in writing.
Room Policy Agreement
*
I understand that only models officially assigned to a shared room are allowed to stay in that shared room. No guests, friends, family members, outside models, or unapproved persons are allowed in shared model rooms.
Safety Policy Agreement
*
I understand that the shared room policy is for model safety, accountability, and event security. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the event without refund.
SECTION 4: PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Deposit Agreement
*
I understand that my deposit is required to secure my spot and is non-refundable.
Payment Deadline Agreement
*
I understand that all payment deadlines must be met. Failure to make required payments by the deadline may result in removal from MIASFW2K27 at the discretion of the event coordinator.
No Refund Policy
*
I understand and agree that all payments, deposits, partial payments, and full payments made to Billion Dollar Minds Entertainment / BDM Modeling for MIASFW2K27 are non-refundable.
No Transfer Policy
*
I understand that my package, payments, badge, room placement, and model spot are not transferable to another person unless approved in writing by the event coordinator.
Chargeback Agreement
*
I agree not to file false chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims after knowingly registering for MIASFW2K27 and agreeing to this no-refund policy.
SECTION 5: BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT POLICY
All models are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. MIASFW2K27 is a professional fashion week experience, not a vacation. Models must respect staff, designers, photographers, vendors, venues, hotel staff, security, other models, and all event guests.
Behavior Agreement

I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully during all MIASFW2K27 activities, including hotel stay, rehearsals, photoshoots, runway shows, parties, and official events.
Zero Tolerance Policy
*
I understand that disrespectful behavior, threats, fighting, bullying, harassment, theft, property damage, unsafe conduct, public intoxication, illegal activity, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in immediate removal without refund.
Social Media Conduct
*
I agree not to post false, harmful, defamatory, threatening, or misleading statements about MIASFW2K27, Billion Dollar Minds Entertainment, BDM Modeling, staff, models, designers, vendors, sponsors, venues, or event partners.
Removal Policy
*
I understand that BDM staff and the event coordinator have the right to remove any model from the event, hotel package, runway lineup, group chat, or official activities for policy violations, missed payments, unsafe behavior, misconduct, or failure to follow event instructions.
SECTION 6: ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Orientation Agreement
*
I understand that orientation is mandatory unless excused by the event coordinator.
Rehearsal Agreement
*
I understand that rehearsal is mandatory and failure to attend rehearsal may affect my ability to walk in the show.
Schedule Agreement
*
I understand that I am responsible for following the official MIASFW2K27 schedule, call times, rehearsal times, check-in times, and event instructions.
Badge Agreement
*
I understand that my model badge is required for official access and must not be shared, sold, copied, transferred, or used by anyone else.
SECTION 7: HOTEL & ROOM POLICY
Hotel Rules Agreement
*
I agree to follow all hotel rules, venue rules, security instructions, and MIASFW2K27 staff instructions.
Room Damage Agreement
*
I understand that I may be held responsible for damages, smoking fees, missing items, cleaning fees, or policy violations connected to my assigned hotel room.
Shared Room Safety Agreement
*
I understand that shared rooms are assigned by BDM staff only. I may not move rooms, switch roommates, invite outside guests to stay, or allow anyone not assigned to the room to sleep in the room.
Guest Policy Agreement
*
I understand that guests are not allowed to stay in model shared rooms. This rule is for safety, privacy, and accountability.
SECTION 8: MEDIA RELEASE
Photo & Video Release
*
I give Billion Dollar Minds Entertainment, BDM Modeling, MIASFW2K27, event media teams, photographers, videographers, sponsors, and approved partners permission to photograph, record, film, post, publish, and use my image, likeness, voice, name, runway footage, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and event participation for marketing, promotion, social media, website, press, recap videos, and future event advertising.
Content Usage Agreement

I understand that photos and videos captured during MIASFW2K27 may be used for current and future promotional purposes without additional payment or approval.
SECTION 9: NON-DISCLOSURE / NON-DISPARAGEMENT AGREEMENT
By registering for MIASFW2K27, I agree that I may receive access to private event information, schedules, rooming details, staff communication, production plans, model assignments, designer information, backstage operations, group chat information, and other confidential event details.
Confidentiality Agreement

I agree not to share private MIASFW2K27 information, schedules, room lists, staff instructions, backstage information, private communications, or confidential event details with unauthorized individuals.
Non-Disparagement Agreement
*
I agree not to publicly make false, harmful, defamatory, misleading, or damaging statements about MIASFW2K27, Billion Dollar Minds Entertainment, BDM Modeling, event staff, models, designers, vendors, sponsors, venues, photographers, media teams, or event partners.
Private Resolution Agreement
*
I agree that if I have an issue, concern, or complaint, I will first contact the event coordinator or BDM staff directly and allow the organization the opportunity to address the matter privately and professionally.
SECTION 10: REASONS FOR REMOVAL
I understand that I may be removed from MIASFW2K27 without refund for any of the following reasons: • Missing payment deadlines • Failing to pay package balance • Disrespecting staff, models, designers, vendors, photographers, security, hotel staff, or venue staff • Fighting, threats, bullying, or harassment • Theft or property damage • Allowing unauthorized people into shared model rooms • Bringing unapproved guests into hotel rooms or backstage areas • Sharing badges or credentials • Missing mandatory orientation or rehearsal without approval • Refusing to follow event schedule, call times, or staff instructions • Posting false, harmful, or defamatory content about the event or organization • Unsafe behavior • Illegal activity • Violating hotel, venue, or event rules • Creating drama, conflict, or disruption that affects the event experience • Any behavior the event coordinator determines to be harmful to the event, brand, models, guests, staff, or partners.
Removal Agreement

I understand and agree that removal decisions are made at the discretion of the event coordinator and BDM leadership. If I am removed for violating policies, I am not entitled to a refund.
SECTION 11: FINAL AGREEMENT
Final Agreement
*
I have read, understand, and agree to all MIASFW2K27 model registration terms, including package selection, payment deadlines, no-refund policy, no package changes, behavior policy, hotel policy, room safety policy, media release, NDA/confidentiality terms, and removal policy.

Event Cancellation Policy
In the event that MIASFW2K27 is cancelled by the event organizer, all participants will be given the option to receive a full refund of payments made toward MIASFW2K27 or transfer the full amount paid as a credit toward participation in the following year’s MIASFW event. The participant must select one of these two options. Any transferred payment will be applied as a credit toward the following year’s event.
