Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event.
2. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. If the event is cancelled 30 days or less before the scheduled date, the full contracted amount remains due.
3. Non-Payment
Client is responsible for reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees incurred in collecting unpaid amounts.
4. Venue Access & Setup
Client must provide reasonable access for loading, setup, and breakdown. Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, long-distance loading, difficult access, or other conditions requiring additional labor. Any additional charges will be communicated to Client.
5. Power & Meal
Client will provide adequate 120V electrical power within 50 feet of the DJ setup area and a meal for the DJ during the event.
6. Noise Restrictions
Client is responsible for understanding and complying with venue and local noise restrictions. If law enforcement or venue management requires the music to stop, DJ will comply and this will not constitute a failure to perform the agreement.
7. Permits, Safety & Security
Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits and for providing a safe and secure environment for the DJ, equipment, guests, and event staff. DJ may stop or suspend services if conditions become unsafe.
8. Damage & Liability
Client is responsible for damage to DJ equipment caused by Client, guests, venue personnel, or other persons under Client’s control. DJ is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from circumstances outside DJ’s reasonable control.
9. Agreement Authority
The person signing this Agreement confirms that they are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Client and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by California law. Any legal action relating to this Agreement will be brought in Los Angeles County, California.
