We encourage current and aspiring women community leaders in volunteer roles in clubs and branches to apply.
The Advancing Women in Leadership program aims to increase the participation of women and girls in community leadership positions through professional development and networking opportunities. Focused on enhancing business, emotional, and social intelligence, the program will support women in assuming leadership roles and retention of current leaders across clubs and branches.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE ATTENDEES On registering for the program, I consent to being bound by and agree to: a. Be punctual for the sessions. b. If unable to attend due to illness inform organisers by phone or email. c. Personal recording of the sessions for private re-distribution is prohibited. d. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that the information within the application is complete and accurate. ORGANISER RIGHTS a. All advertised details are correct at the time of advertising the program. b. The organisers will use reasonable endeavours to notify attendees of a cancellation, variation, rescheduling or postponement by sending an email to the address provided to us at the time of registering; however, the responsibility to ascertain whether a session has been cancelled, varied, rescheduled or postponed is yours. c. By attending this initiative, all participants will be added to the Women in Lifesaving Network PROGRAM CONDUCT a. You are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner at all sessions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or require you to leave if your behaviour is deemed unacceptable. b. You acknowledge that cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted at certain events. SLSQ will advise whether this is the case at each event.
