  • This position is for someone with a strong visual instinct who loves making creative ideas real. They’ll work alongside Kalee across events, photography, branding, content, websites and the physical studio. Kalee will establish the initial concepts, visual direction and brand standards. Their first job isn’t to reinvent the vision. It’s to learn it. As they demonstrate that they understand the aesthetic, they’ll receive increasingly more creative freedom.
  • Responsibilities:

    Event Design + Production - Create Canva moodboards from established concepts - Assist with event layouts - Source props, decor and supplies - Prepare installation materials - Organize design elements - Assist with installations and teardown - Style event spaces - Maintain styling inventory Brand + Design Help create and update: - Brand boards - Client proposals - Canva graphics - Photography guides - Moodboards - Shot lists - Social graphics - Marketing materials - Signage - Event collateral - Website graphics Website + Digital - Make approved website updates - Replace photos and graphics - Update services and information - Build/update pages from creative direction - Maintain visual consistency Photography Depending on experience: - Prepare sets - Organize props and wardrobe - Assist during sessions - Capture behind-the-scenes content - Manage set changes - Assist with tethering - Organize files - Cull according to established standards - Prepare galleries for review
