You are entering the application process to join a HeartLink Network short-term mission team. Once you complete this application, you will be contacted by our Missions Department.

This application is for the Kentucky Team.

Dates: July 11-17, 2027 (Dates are subject to change based on flight availability)

Team Leader: Seth Gardner (Associate Pastor at Cornerstone Church of Augusta; Director of HeartLink's Youth Boot Camp)

Description: This team is for youth currently in 6th-12th grade. You’ll partner with Big Creek Missions located in Southeast Kentucky. Drug use, poverty, hunger, hopelessness, and loneliness run rampant in this area. However, you will take the hope of Christ as you serve this community through acts of love and humble service.

Team member eligibility:
- Students currently in 6th-12th grade for school year 2026-2027
- Youth group leader
- Parent or adult chaperone
Team member requirements:
- You have a personal relationship with Jesus.
- You are an active member of your home church.
- You will attend the pre-trip training and team meetings.
- You will participate in support raising and take full responsibility for the trip cost.
Costs: $450

Registration Deadline: March 1, 2027

Team Training Day: March 13; 8:30am - 3:00pm (Eastern); Required
