CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I understand and agree that AuctionPlugBuck will use only the funds I provide for sourcing and purchasing my vehicle through dealer-only auctions. AuctionPlugBuck will not be responsible for funding my vehicle purchase with its own money. I understand that I must provide sufficient funds before bidding, including my approved vehicle budget and applicable auction-related costs. I authorize AuctionPlugBuck to bid only within the maximum purchase amount I approve. Auction, transportation, title, tax, registration, inspection, and service/brokerage fees may be separate. I understand that providing funds does not guarantee a vehicle purchase and that any unused funds will be handled according to the applicable written agreement.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the Vehicle Sourcing Terms & Conditions. Vehicle sourcing and purchases through dealer-only auctions are subject to auction availability, auction rules, and applicable dealer requirements. Customer funds are used for the customer’s authorized vehicle transaction. AuctionPlugBuckBuck does not guarantee the availability, purchase, mechanical condition, title status, or performance of any vehicle. The customer’s maximum authorized bid does not include applicable auction fees, transportation, taxes, title/registration, or other transaction costs unless expressly stated otherwise. A $500 AuctionPlugBuck dealer/sourcing fee applies to each completed vehicle purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Auction vehicles may be sold as-is and where-is.
