Srengthening Technology and Third-Party Risk Management in Singapore’s Payments Sector
Payment Service Providers continue to navigate an evolving technology and third-party risk landscape, covering areas such as cybersecurity, operational resilience, incident management and third-party oversight. Implementation approaches and practical challenges may vary significantly across organisations, depending on their size, operating model, technology landscape and reliance on external service providers.
At the same time, evolving regulatory expectations are placing greater emphasis on how PSPs govern and oversee their technology environments and third-party dependencies throughout the lifecycle of these arrangements.
The Singapore FinTech Association, in collaboration with PwC, invites you to our second workshop in the Compliance Gateway Series - an interactive industry engagement session on Technology Risk Management (TRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
📅 6th October 2026, Tuesday
⏰ 4.00pm – 5.30pm (SGT)
📍 #08-01, 80 Robinson Rd, Singapore 068898
The session will provide a platform for industry participants to share implementation experiences, discuss common challenges and exchange perspectives on emerging risks and good practices.
We will explore key areas identified by industry participants, including:
➤ Governance, accountability and evolving regulatory expectations
➤ Third-party due diligence, contracting and ongoing oversight
➤ Operational resilience, incident response and service continuity
➤ Cloud, subcontractor and concentration risk
➤ Practical approaches to technology, cybersecurity and implementation challenges
The session will give PSPs an opportunity to learn from shared industry experience and identify practical ways to strengthen technology resilience and third-party risk governance.
