I Spy with My Third Eye is about curiosity, conversation and discovering what happens when we allow ourselves to explore life from different perspectives.

Recording & Media Consent
Before we meet at the I Spy table, I need your permission to record, edit and share our conversation. The following simply makes sure we're both clear about how your contribution may be used.

Guest Recording & Media Release

By signing below, I confirm that I voluntarily agree to participate as a guest on I Spy with My Third Eye and give Nicola Farmer and/or the producer and publisher of I Spy with My Third Eye permission to:

Record my voice, image, likeness and contribution in audio and video.
Edit, reproduce, publish and distribute the recording, in whole or in part.
Create and publish audio, video, photographic, written and transcribed versions or extracts from my contribution.
Use excerpts, clips, quotations and still images from the recording for publicity, promotion and social media.
Distribute and make the content available worldwide through podcast platforms, websites, video platforms, social media and other relevant media.
Retain and continue to make the episode and associated promotional content available after its original publication date.

I understand that the conversation may be edited for length, clarity, production quality and presentation, while aiming to preserve the meaning and context of my contribution.

My Contribution

I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I have the right to share the stories, opinions and material I contribute during the recording. If I provide photographs, video, audio, music or other material for inclusion in or promotion of the episode, I confirm that I either own that material or have permission for it to be used.

Payment

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that no fee or other payment is due to me for my appearance or for the use of the recording, unless otherwise agreed in writing before recording.

Final Approval

I understand that I will not normally have editorial approval over the finished episode or promotional extracts. However, if I have a particular concern following our conversation, I may contact Nicola before publication and it will be considered in good faith.
