Turnaround time may vary depending on order size and availability. You’ll be contacted when your laundry is ready for pickup or delivery.

Mileage fee — $1 per mile Enjoy complimentary pickup & delivery on orders over $100 within our service area.

Final pricing is based on the amount and type of laundry received. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before service begins.

Payment Information

Payment is due upon completion of service and before your finished laundry is returned.

Please check all pockets and remove personal belongings before submitting laundry. Fresh Clean Folded is not responsible for items left in pockets, normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage caused by incorrect/missing care labels.

While every effort is made to keep your items together, small items such as socks may occasionally become separated. Please identify any delicate, special-care, or air-dry items in the Special Instructions section.
