United Training Center, in partnership with Prodigy EMS, is pleased to offer an EMS Instructor Course designed for EMS professionals who are interested in developing or strengthening their skills as educators.
This program combines scheduled live virtual instruction with flexible, asynchronous coursework completed through the Prodigy learning platform. Participants will have opportunities to engage with instructors during the live sessions while completing the remaining course activities independently.
PROGRAM COST
The full cost of the program is covered through grant funding. There is no tuition cost to participants.
COURSE FORMAT
The course includes five live virtual sessions conducted through an online meeting platform. All remaining coursework will be completed asynchronously through the Prodigy platform.
Participants should be prepared to complete the independent coursework in addition to attending the scheduled live sessions.

UNITED TRAINING CENTER REQUIREMENTS DAY
Thursday, November 12, 2026
November 12 is the final day of the program and will include the United Training Center requirements portion of the course.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
Participants must attend at least four of the five scheduled live virtual sessions to successfully complete the course.
Applicants should review all course dates before applying and confirm that they can meet the attendance requirement.
COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
To successfully complete the EMS Instructor Course, participants must:
Attend at least four of the five live virtual sessions.
Participate in the United Training Center Requirements Day on November 12.
Complete all assigned asynchronous coursework through the Prodigy platform.
Complete all required course activities by the established deadlines.
Maintain access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or compatible device capable of accessing the virtual sessions and Prodigy platform.
