Important Information
Entry fee is £23 per gymnast. This includes a commemorative T shirt. This amount will be added to your December direct debit. There is no need to pay in person.
A detailed programme will be issued approximately two weeks prior to the competition. As a general guide, groups will run progressively throughout the day, beginning with G1 in the morning. Development groups will compete seperately to recreational classes.
The closing date for entries is Sunday 1st November. Please note that entries may close before this date once full capacity is met. Due to T-shirt production requirements, late entries cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Our squirrels cafe will be open for refreshments.
Spectators
As this is always a very popular event, we kindly ask that a maximum of two spectators attend per gymnast. Seating within the main competition area is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once this area has reached capacity, additional spectators will be asked to watch from our upstairs viewing gallery. For everyone's safety, we also ask that young children are supervised at all times and are not permitted to move around the venue unsupervised during the competition.
Spectators will be required to pay an entry fee on the door. £3 per adult, £1 per child.
Theme
Once the programme has been finalised, each gymnast will be allocated a number, which will be displayed on the reception notice board. Gymnasts are invited to decorate their number in line with their Christmas group theme. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative designs.
