You will ONLY need:

Great Wi-Fi or a strong cell signal — a reliable connection is important for a smooth live lesson.

Bluetooth headset or earbuds — so you can clearly hear your coach while working with your horse.

For riding lessons: You must have a Pivo Silver or Pivo Max Pod with the Pivo Track App downloaded and ready to use. Alternatively, you can have a friend videotape/follow you during your lesson.

For groundwork lessons: You can use a phone/camera tripod or a secure phone holder attached to the fence.

Smartphone with a good-quality camera.

Tripod or secure camera/phone holder that allows your coach to clearly see you and your horse.

Optional: Power bank — highly recommended if you have multiple back-to-back lessons or will be using your phone for an extended period.

Please have your equipment set up, charged, connected, and tested before your scheduled lesson time so we can make the most of your lesson.

Lesson Make-Up & Cancellation Policy

In the event of bad weather or an emergency, including family emergencies, health issues, or horse lameness, the lesson participant and coach will work together to find a mutually agreeable date for a make-up lesson.

All scheduled lessons are non-refundable. When circumstances qualify for a make-up lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled rather than refunded.

Make-up lessons must be completed within 30 days of the originally scheduled lesson date. Any make-up lesson not used within this 30-day period will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward.

If the coach is unable to offer a mutually workable make-up date within the 30-day period, the expiration period will be extended until a reasonable make-up opportunity can be provided.
