This registration lets Christ Compass Academy know that you intend to participate in this Faith Journey and allows us to coordinate group activities and provide important logistical information. Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements as explained below.

Participation of Sons

This Faith Journey is designed primarily as a men's discipleship, teaching, and fellowship experience. Fathers may bring sons who will be at least 14 years old at the time of the journey. Fathers are responsible for determining that their son is sufficiently mature to participate appropriately in biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, travel, and group activities without becoming a distraction to other participants.
Important Travel and Registration Information

Christ Compass Academy is coordinating the educational, discipleship, fellowship, and group aspects of this Faith Journey. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from Switzerland, lodging in Geneva, registration for the International Baptist Convention Men's Conference, admission or entry fees for museums, historic sites, tours, attractions, and other scheduled activities, and other personal travel expenses unless specifically stated otherwise.

After your Faith Journeys registration is submitted, Christ Compass Academy will provide detailed logistical information, including the Geneva hotel where the group plans to stay, instructions for registering for the IBC Men's Conference, recommended arrival and departure information, meeting locations, anticipated admission or entry fees, and other coordination details.

Participants will make their own reservations directly with the appropriate airline, hotel, conference, or other provider. Christ Compass Academy does not receive, hold, or process funds for airfare, the Geneva hotel, IBC Men's Conference registration, or admission and entry fees.

Group train transportation within Switzerland will be coordinated after arrival. Train tickets will be purchased in Switzerland, and each participant will be responsible for the cost of his own ticket and any ticket required for a son traveling with him.
Travel Documentation and Personal Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for maintaining a valid passport, satisfying applicable international entry requirements, obtaining any desired travel insurance, monitoring his individual airline reservations, and complying with requirements established by airlines, hotels, government authorities, the IBC Men's Conference, and other service providers.
Schedule acknowledgment

Travel plans, schedules, transportation arrangements, conference details, lodging information, and estimated costs may change because of circumstances outside the control of Christ Compass Academy. Participants will be notified of significant changes as information becomes available.
