Please note the following:
- The more information you can provide in the “Why should your nominee be selected for this award?” section, the more likely they are to be selected as a finalist.
- Please try to include the most up to date contact information for the nominee.
- Winners from the 2026 RISE Awards are not eligible to win in 2027.
- Finalists in the “Favorite Mixologist” category will be required to submit a video making a signature cocktail featuring LALO Tequila. Those cocktails will be served during the reception and the winner will be selected by on-site voting at the live event.
