Accommodation & Fees

Hampton Hill Station has a collection of transportable buildings (dongas), each with several rooms with basic accommodations. The rooms have either 1 or 2 single beds. There is also space available for traditional camping in tents, campers, etc. All accommodation options include the cost of meals and meetings.
Accommodation Previews
Dongas:

There are a bunch of these dongas, transportable buildings, at Hampton Hill Station.

The bedrooms inside have either one or two single beds, and basic amenities. The floors are either carpeted or linoleum.

Which room you're assigned will depend on the number of people in your registration.

Accessibility: All donga rooms have a step or two at the entrance.
Donga - Single-bed rooms:

A small room with one single bed, and a desk.

Each room is slightly different, and furniture will vary from what is pictured, but will include the following amenities:
- Single bed
- Desk
- Chair
- Clothing storage
- Lighting
- Electrical outlet
- Air conditioning unit
Accessibility: All donga rooms have a step or two at the entrance.
Donga - Two-bed rooms:

A small or medium room with two single beds. Floors may be carpeted or lino.

Each room is slightly different, and furniture will vary from what is pictured, but will include the following amenities:
- Two single beds
- Chair
- Clothing storage
- Lighting
- Electrical outlet
- Air conditioning unit
Accessibility: All donga rooms have a step or two at the entrance.
Camping:

There is limited space for pitching tents or parking camper trailers.

The ground is reasonably flat, and a bit rocky.

Camping space is a bit further from the central area.
Day Visitors:

While we would love for everyone to be able to camp out with us, we understand it might not work for everyone. Thankfully, Hampton Hill Station is only about 15 minutes from town, so making it a day trip isn't too hard!

If you can't camp out, but you would love to join us for camp meals, meetings and activities, you can! Just select Day Visitor as your accommodation choice (either individual, or family). The cost covers meals, meetings and activities for the whole weekend.
