2026 Veterans Day Celebration

Please complete this form if you have a Veteran to recognize for Freedom Elementary's Veterans Day Celebration.

We will recognize individuals who have served/are serving in the Armed Forces with special bulletin boards, as well as a Veterans Day Celebration Assembly on November 9th from 9:15 - 10:15 AM. Freedom students will be able to attend the assembly if they have a Veteran attending!

This is the only form you will need to complete to recognize Veterans on special bulletin boards and submit their RSVP for the Veterans Day Celebration Assembly.
