Before I became an Enrolled Agent, I was a pharmacist. I also hold a real estate broker license and own a property management firm, and I worked professionally as a Series 65 Investment Adviser and RIA owner — so when we talk about your rental portfolio, retirement accounts, or a specific financial decision, I'm speaking from hands-on experience across all three, not just filing returns for people who've lived it.
I don't manage investment portfolios or sell financial products. My role is to help you understand your options, connect the dots, and make informed decisions.
Three ways to work with me:
Tax Preparation
With an emphasis on helping you understand your return and the things that deserve your attention. As an Enrolled Agent, I bring a tax specialist's perspective.
Tax & Financial Planning Session
Focused analysis for a significant financial decision, transaction, or question that requires more than a routine tax answer. Common sessions include:
- Pharmacist Tax & Retirement Account Strategy Session
- Per Diem / Contract Pharmacist Tax Setup Session
- Real Estate Entity Structure Review
- Rental Portfolio Tax Strategy Session — depreciation, expense strategy, and scaling decisions, from someone who also owns and operates a property management firm
- Passive Real Estate Investor Tax Session
Ongoing Financial Consulting
An ongoing relationship for pharmacists and real estate investors who want a trusted sounding board for the tax and financial questions that come up throughout the year — including the bigger picture: debt, home purchases, education planning, and more.
