Each person needs to fill out their own trip information form, regardless of whether they are traveling as a couple.

This is a group trip in the spirit of Ski Bees, meant to be inclusive and social.

Ski Bees reserves the right to decline a trip application and refund the deposit. 

We have reserved space for 80 members.

Price (CAD):  $3370.00 pp full package based on double occupancy, includes HST

Flight: an additional $425 surcharge for late ticket purchases.  

Single Occupancy Add: $825.00 (we will start a list of solo travellers)

• INSURANCE is not included, "cancel for any reason" coverage can only be purchased at the time of trip payment.
• Tips and gratuities.  For the bus transfer to and from the resort, a $5+ tip donation to the driver will be collected from all participants.
• Ski Bees annual memberhip fees, trips are for MEMBERS ONLY
• Surcharges, all applicable taxes are included in the package price, however, Skican reserves the right to adjust the package price in the event of unanticipated increases such as fuel, new depature taxes etc.
• Skican reserves the right to charge for unanticipated increases in the cost of fuel & taxes.

We are so excited that you are taking this next step towards booking your trip to Sun Peaks, British Columbia, once you complete this pre registation form you will receive an email with a link to the Skican Payment Portal for your reservation and payment. 

This pre registration form highlights trip details and requirements and also tracks the availability of airline seats, hotel rooms by type and a few other details that are critical to our group booking volume.  In the past some trips have sold out in a matter of hours and this form will help to keep track of what is still available and avoid overbooking.  There may be an option to contact Skican to add more flights and/or hotel rooms if possible (different rates might apply). 

We have rooms reserved, the number of available trip spaces depends on the number of single or double occupancy bookings. If you need an adjustment made to the room counts to accommodate your reservation request please email wendy@skibees.ca

Ski Bees cannot guide, teach lessons, or lead members around the slopes while on these trips as our insurance does not allow us to do so.  WE are simply there as hosts, to help organize and co-ordinate this trip.  

You need to come physically prepared to ski these ski resorts, you need to understand the mountains are larger and much higher in altitude than where we ski in Ontario.  You need to be a confident, strong intermediate skier, able to read trail maps and trail sinage, so you can choose your way around the mountain on terrain best suited to your ability level.

When skiing, it is allways recomended that you ski with a buddie, bring a friend on the trip so you always have someone to ski with who is of a simliar speed and ability.  Be aware that run difficulty signage is relative to what the mountain has to offer. Green/Blue/Black runs can be much more diffcult in the mountains than in Ontario and the snow conditions more diverse.

Flight numbers and departure times are subject to change by the carrier.

Air Canada allows for the 1st piece of checked luggage included in each direction as part of the group reservation. Your Ski Bag and Boot Bag are included and concidered one piece of luggage and are not considered "oversized" even tho they are dropped off at the oversized luggage kiosk. 

Airline Bagage Fees are paid directly to the airline.  Your second bag can consitist of the combination of a modest sized ski bag and modest sized boot bag.

$50 charge for air travel deviation from the group booking.

Seat selection. Generic bulk seats are selected in advance with no  seating assignments, no seatting assigments or requests,  may be requested until the final 24hr prior to departure check in on line or at the airport.

If you are making your own flight arrangements. PLEASE NOTE - individual flight arrangements should be in accordance with the group arrival and departure times. If any of the group members book their own air independently, they will be responsible for finding their own way to the resort and back to the airport unless their flights coincide with the group airport transfer times. Book a flight that results in you arriving first or preferably the same flight as the trip, so you can hop on the bus, as it won't wait for you. 

• Our trip minimum is 25 people, if we do not meet this requirement, the package cost may have a small surcharge.

• Flight numbers and departure times are subject to change, be sure to check flight via the Air Canada app prior to leaving to the airport.

• While Ski Bees is not requiring proof of vaccination to participate in Club activities this season, all Travel trip participants will need to follow vaccination requirements and rules for trip destinations. If you register for a trip, you are responsible for ensuring you are compliant with all destination vaccination, testing and documentation requirements. These requirements could change at any time.

• Please DO NOT make your own flight arrangements or book your own flight on points until trip we have enough members signed up to make sure this trip is operating, Ski Bees will advise once we have met minimum passener requirments. In the event that the trip does not occur Ski Bees or Skican is not responsible for any costs incurred by members who book their own flights.

Neither SkiCan or Ski Bees will refund any lost payments not covered by insurance. Skican and Ski Bees strongly recommends the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect non-refundable deposits and payments in the event the participants are forced to cancel their vactation for medical reasons.  Comprehensive Insurance is also avaiable.  A "cancel for any reason" rider can be added to a newly purchased policy and in these uncertain, ongoing times, it is definatly worth understanding and enquiring about.

You are buying this trip from Skican, an independant tour operator, not Ski Bees. Who is a 3rd party regulations and government travel advisories that prescribe when insurance refunds are issued.  Ski Bees cannot cancel tripsas it may prevent members from obtaining refunds that they may be otherwise eligible to recieve.  Depending on the situationfor cancellation, as well as your choice of personal insurance covered purchased, refunds may or may not be reimbursed if a trip is interupted of cancelled.

If you do not have insurance, and you need or want to cancel your trip, you will be subject to the timelines of the cancellation policy for that trip. This means that if you are within a certain number of days before that trip, you may only get a partial refund or no refund at all.  This is because at this point in time the service providers (hotel, airlines, etc) will not be giving a refund to the tour operators, so they therefore be unable to pass a refund back to you.  No one wants to think they will be unable to go on a trip, nor do we want to think we may become injured on the trip requiring ground and air ambulance and medical care out of province.

During the trip we have found What'sApp (or similair) to be the most effective way to quickly share updates to people while travelling, particularily with flight updates. All recent phone brands can partipate in secure group chats with the exception of flip phones. We recommend joining the group chat at least week before leaving for the airport. 

Participants (members) have asked for a list of people going. Members find it helpful to meet those who are going before the trip departs. We will also have a pre trip meeting at an Après Ski social so people can ask questions and get aquainted. 

Trip Group Photo, every trip we do a group photo, as part of the group participation, it is expected that everyone one the trip will make an effort to attend.

Cancellation Policy

• The Deposits are non-refundable.
• Single Supplement cost must be covered
• If you are unable to travel, Skican will allow you to find and substitute a passenger providing your roomate is comfortable sharing a room with them. Charges will not apply to substitutions made prior to 45 days from departure. Substitutions or Name changes within 45 days of departure are subject to a $175.00 charge per change. Substitutions must be done by the Group Leader only, based upon availability. No changes will be allowed within 5 business days of departure. 

Non-refundable fees not included in the standard package

Cancellation of the trip for any reason results in the forfeiture of the following fees which are not included in the standard trip package:

Substitutions or name changes within 45 days of departure - $175.00 per change.
An administration fee of 3% per person applying to payments by credit card.
An administration fee of $50.00 per person for air deviations from group blocked air.
An administration fee of $175.00 per person for airline ticket name changes.

In consideration of my application for this destination trip, I agree and understand this is not a guided ski trip by Ski Bees Inc.  I declare I am a confident and capable skier who understands how to read trail maps and ski run designations and has reviewed the resort trail map for my ability level.  I am aware that Sun Peaks is a true mountain environment with varying snow and high alpine weather conditions.  I agree to follow the Apline Responsibility Code. 

I understand that payments I make for this trip may not be refundable wholly or in part, and that anty refunds will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy as outlined by SkiCan. 

I further acknowledge that Ski Bees Inc. are not acting as Travel Agents or in Travel Sales, nor is a travel wholesaler within the meaning prescribed by TICO legislation.

Payment Terms:

$500 deposit payment plus 100% payment of any insurance requests, price per person, due at time of booking. 

October 6th - 2nd deposit of $500.

November 20th, 2025 - Final payment price per person, less deposit.
