  • Your Information and Who Receives It

We need to hold your information to register you, and to arrange your room, your meals and your travel. Some of it goes to the people providing those things. Here is exactly who gets what. The Valhalla Hotel and Conference Centre is given your name, the days you are attending, your room needs, and anything you tell us about allergies or dietary requirements. They need the food information to serve you safely. If the Valhalla block fills, a second hotel nearby is given your name and the nights you need. Where we are booking your travel, the airline or travel provider is given what it takes to issue the ticket. Your registration goes to NAPS, NAN Legal and NAN Justice. They are hosting this gathering and the registration belongs to them. We hold your information for as long as it takes to run this event and hand the records to those three organizations. Only the Ingaged people working on this event can see it, and each of them signs a confidentiality agreement when they start with us. To have your information removed, write to get@ingaged.ca. You only need to write once. We will take it out of our records and tell the three organizations and the hotel that you have asked. What they hold in their own systems is theirs to manage, and we cannot delete it for you. We cannot complete your registration, or book a room or a flight, without this.
