This Agreement explains the rules and process for the Nevins Real Estate Management rental waitlist for the 20267-2028 lease term. By signing below, you agree to these terms.

1. Application
• Each prospective tenant must complete a Rental Application by Monday, Sept 28, 2026.
• All roommates must submit their own applications.
***THIS STEP DOES NOT SECURE YOUR SPOT ON THE WAITLIST. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL STEPS TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST***

2. Registration
• Online waitlist opens Fri, Sept 25, 2026 at 6:00 PM via Eventbrite (link on our website).
• Closes Mon, Sept 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
• Registration timestamp determines order for unit assignments.

3. In-Person Check-In (Sept 28 by 1:00 PM)

Your spot on the waitlist is already secured by completing step 2 so you can come any time between 9:30am and 1pm.

At least one person from each Group must check in at Nevins office by 1:00 PM to:
• Select unit preferences (choose only those you will accept).
• Pay deposit equal to one month's rent for 1st-choice unit.

4. Unit Assignment
• Assigned in order of Eventbrite timestamp & availability.
• Released Fri, Oct 2, 2026.
• Preferences cannot be changed after submission.
• Deposit refunded if none of your preferences are available.
• Declining an offered unit forfeits deposit.
• If assigned a unit other than #1 choice, deposit difference due Mon, Oct 5, 2026.

5. Lease Signing & Cosigners
• Lease signing deadline: Fri, Oct 9, 2026.
• Cosigner info/signatures due: Fri, Oct 23, 2026.
• Missed deadlines = forfeiture of unit & deposit.

6. General Terms
• Deposits apply toward security deposit upon move-in.
• Deposits are non-refundable except as noted.
• This Agreement is binding once signed.
