VTuneFM Meet & Greet Registration

To register, please complete the following tasks to qualify for an opportunity to meet your oshi:

1. Follow VTuneFM on X/Twitter and YouTube!
2. Like, retweet, and tag at least 2 people to our VTuneFM M&G Reveal Post!
3. Follow the VTuber guests! (Although you're not required to, we strongly encourage you to follow ALL the VTubers on their socials as part of VTuneFM's support campaign)
4. Wait for the announcement post for the Meet & Greet slots! We will email you if your slot is guaranteed!

Meet & Greet Guidelines

• Arrive On Time: Please arrive at your designated time slot. Late arrivals and missed appointments will result in the forfeit of your scheduled slot. No rescheduling or make-up sessions will be provided.
• Keep It Appropriate: Please keep all conversations respectful, appropriate, and comfortable for everyone involved. Controversial or sensitive topics, including politics, religion, foreign relations, and private matters, are strictly prohibited.
• Gifts: For the safety and security of our guests and staff, we are unable to accept gifts during the Meet & Greets.
• Follow Staff Instructions: Please follow all instructions provided by the event moderators and staff. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our staff reserves the right to end an interaction at any time if deemed necessary.

Quick Tips for a Great Experience

• Prepare Your Message: The Meet & Greet sessions are time limited (e.g. 2 minutes), so we recommend planning what you would to like say in advance. Please note that English will be the primary language used during all conversations.
• Ask for a Picture: Make your Meet & Greet memorable by asking for a picture with your oshi!
• On Time Means Early: Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in and be ready at your scheduled start time.

Disclaimers

• One Slot per Username: Only your first valid X/Twitter username submission will be recorded as your official entry. Multiple slots under the same username are not permitted, even if you select a different VTuber. However, you may join the queue for another VTuber if their queue remains open and additional slots are available with no additional registration required.
• Limited Slots: The Meet & Greet slots are limited and will be unavailable once all slots for the selected VTuber have been filled. Following the VTubers on social media is not required, but we strongly encourage attendees to follow the VTuber they meet as a way of supporting their work.
