  • EQUIPMENT

  • Assistants must be disclosed to and approved by the Shoot Organizer before the shoot.

  • PHOTOGRAPHER PARTICIPATION

  • I understand that registration does not automatically guarantee participation.
    Photographers may be reviewed and approved by the Shoot Organizer based on portfolio, professionalism, availability, and the needs of the shoot.

    I agree to follow all shoot rules, location rules, model boundaries, and instructions provided by the Shoot Organizer.

    I understand that I may photograph only the models and areas authorized for the shoot.

    I agree not to photograph models while they are changing clothes or in any private/changing area.

    Each model will receive at least 3 edited photos from each set.

    I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully toward all models, photographers, hair and makeup artists, stylists, assistants, and other participants.

    I understand that failure to follow the rules may result in removal from the shoot without refund.
