Please Note:

• Gifts should be delivered to the designated drop-off location at the agreed-upon date and time. Specific delivery details will be provided when you receive the list of needed items or are assigned a child to shop for. This information will come from the staff at the drop-off site you selected (see supervisor list below).
• Our caseworkers are eager to assist you with unloading your delivery, just let us know when you arrive, and we will be happy to help. 
• Please notify us as soon as possible if your selected delivery date or drop-off location needs to be changed.
• If you have general questions, please email your closest Emergency Services Program Location or Director listed below.

Once you or your organization has committed to an adoption, we ask that you make every effort to fulfill that commitment. If circumstances arise that prevent you from doing so, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements.
