$275 per wrestler. A family cap is available; please contact us for details.

The registration fee includes an AYW T-shirt, hoodie, joggers, and team photo. A USA Wrestling membership is required and must be purchased separately.

Every wrestler must have a current USA Wrestling membership for the 2026–2027 season. Memberships must be purchased separately and are not included in the AYW registration fee.

AYW WAIVER & MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered wrestler and authorize my child to participate in Amity Youth Wrestling practices, competitions and related activities.

I understand that wrestling is a physically demanding contact sport. Participation involves physical contact and inherent risks, including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, head or neck injuries, permanent disability, paralysis and death. These risks cannot be completely eliminated, even when appropriate rules, coaching, supervision and safety precautions are followed. I knowingly authorize my child’s participation and accept the inherent risks associated with wrestling.

If I cannot be reached during an emergency, I authorize Amity Youth Wrestling representatives to obtain reasonable emergency medical care and transportation for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, I release and hold harmless Amity Youth Wrestling Inc. and its directors, officers, coaches and volunteers from claims arising from the inherent risks of my child’s participation, except for claims that cannot legally be waived.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I give permission for Amity Youth Wrestling to use photographs or videos of my child for team communications, programs, flyers, its website, social media and other promotional materials.
