As a reminder, this is a request, not a promise of an appearance. In order to expedite your request, please be as detailed as possible in the prompts below.

Please list Red's agenda from beginning to end (what time do you need Red to walk in, appear, etc.) Please note: Red's appearance (in total, including breaks and movement between various events) is capped at 3 hours, and may be shorter in more demanding situations.

Location for the appearance: Include all that is relevant - Redlands campus and room number, external location with full physical address, room numbers, building details, etc.

Day-of-event contact information: Name, text-capable phone number, and email address we should contact during the event.

Expected number of attendees at the event:

Specific audiences at the event (high school students, current students, alums, etc.)

Specific directions for Red (ex: where Red can change, where to meet upon arrival, parking instructions, etc.) NOTE: Red needs a private room for changing - NOT A RESTROOM.
