The Great New England Cookie Slam Vendor Form (Non-Competitor)

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Great New England Cookie Slam on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the Mosesian Center for the Arts.

We are seeking food, artisan, gift, and specialty vendors whose products complement this festive celebration of New England’s baking and food community, but who are not selling cookies or competing in the tasting competition.

Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase and sell their products to hundreds of guests during the festival.

Applications are DUE BY OCTOBER 31, 2026 and will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and engaging marketplace.

Selected vendors will receive information about participation requirements, fees, event logistics, and next steps the first week of November.

The $30 application fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward the Baker Participation Fee if selected.

If selected:

• I agree to pay the non-refundable competitor vendor fee of $150.00 by the stated deadline.
• I agree to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Mosesian Center for the Arts as an additional insured, if asked.
• I understand that I am responsible for supplying my own booth equipment.
• I understand that I am responsible for all sales conducted at my booth.
• I grant the Mosesian Center for the Arts permission to photograph, film, and record me and my business during the event and to use my name, image, likeness, business name, and submitted materials in event-related promotional, marketing, publicity, archival, and social media materials.
• I understand that harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and that violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and affect eligibility for future participation.
