A project focused entirely on wellness is not penalised for having no cultural component, and a project with no connection to any of the three is not disqualified, it simply does not score on this criterion. Where your project does involve Indigenous cultural content or knowledge, describe the relationship and how permission was obtained; the quality of that partnership is what is assessed, not the presence of cultural content.
