Apply to present a breakout session at Jewish Federations of North America’s Center for Aging, Trauma, and Holocaust Survivor Care’s national Training Workshop 2027: Advancing Healthy Aging by submitting this completed form by 11:59pm ET on November 1, 2026.

Breakout sessions will be 60 minutes total, including question and answer periods. This proposal can be completed in multiple sessions using the "Save" button at the bottom of this page.
