MEET DAY SCHEDULE

Lifter Check-in Starts: 6:45am (If you didn't check-in the night before)

Weigh-Ins: 7am-8:30am

Lifter Briefing: 8am

Meet Start Time: 9am

Awards: 3:30pm (Estimated)

AWARDS:

Custom Medals for 1st-3rd place in each weight class/division

BEST OVERALL LIFTERS (DOTS + AGE PTS)

The "Best Overall" Male & Female lifter will each be awarded a "Best Lifter" Medal & a "Best Lifter" Banner

Spectator Fee: $20

Coaches Fee: $30 (Grants access to warm-up room & indoor restrooms. Porta Johns will be available for spectators)

All spectator & coach fees will be collected at the door. CASH or VENMO ONLY.

EQUIPMENT:

Main Platform: ER Combo Rack, 20kg Rogue Ohio Power Bar, Rogue Competition Kilo Plates, Eleiko Competition Collars

Warm-Up Area: 8 ER Combo Racks, 8 20kg Power Bars, Rogue Competition Kilo Plates

Drug Testing:

Minimum 5% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis.

Each competitor at Unleashed Fitness shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury (caused by the Competitor, Competitor’s Family, or any other person) at Unleashed Fitness or any activity or function operated, arranged, or sponsored by Unleashed Fitness. It shall be the obligation of the competitor to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement thereof. All use of Unleashed Fitness Facilities, or participation in Unleashed Fitness activities operated, arranged, or sponsored by Unleashed Fitness either on or off Unleashed Fitness premises by the Competitor, Competitor’s Family or Guest(s) shall be AT SUCH PERSON’S OWN RISK, and Unleashed Fitness shall not be liable for any injuries or damages to such person, or the property of such person, or be subject to any claim, demand, injury or damages. The competitor individually, and on behalf of the competitor’s personal representative, heirs, administrators, assigns and successors does hereby expressly forever release and discharge Unleashed Fitness, its successors and assigns, as well as its officers, agents and employees from all such claims, demands, actions, or causes of action.
