    $175 - Inline 10x10ft Space
    $225 - Corner 10x10ft Space
    *NOTICE: Double space booths are availble at checkout but do not guarantee both corner spaces.

  • By checking the box below, I agree to the following as a condition of my vendor approval for my business will not be selling illegal and prohibited items along with certain branded products and professional services. These items/services may include:

    • Illegal items
    • AI-generated art sold as original human-made work
    • Pornographic or sexualized materials
    • Racist/hateful messaging or merchandise
    • Weapons or weapon-replicas
    • Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, or THC/CBD products (unless separately licensed and approved)
    • Counterfeit or unlicensed branded/copyrighted goods
    • Pre-packaged food, drinks, or snacks (unless I am an approved food vendor)
    • Any County/State-regulated services I'm not licensed for

  • AS A VENDOR PARTICIPANT, I Agree to Responsibility & Conduct

    • I am solely responsible for the safety of my equipment, booth setup, and products. If my equipment or product injures a person or damages the premises, I am financially and legally responsible for that incident, and I release Sama-Sama Fest and its organizers, staff, and volunteers from liability for it.

    • As a vendor at Sama-Sama Fest, I will follow all directions provided from event management and security services.

    • I will bring no outside alcohol, drugs, or smoking onto the property.

    • I will not engage in violent, verbal, or abusive behavior — grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of eligibility to apply as a vendor in the future.

      Violating any part of this Code of Conduct results in immediate dismissal from the event with no refund of vendor fees, and may affect my eligibility for future events.
