1. REFUND POLICY Your $50.00 CAD deposit is fully refunded at the time of your appointment upon arrival.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.
