Homecoming 2026 Banner Painting Registration - Offices, Colleges, Depts.

The ETSU Student Government Association will provide an 8’x3’ blank vinyl banner for your group. You can pick up and paint your banner any time between October 19 and 21 (due back October 22). You may pick up your banner at the DP CUlp Carrier Center fornt desk (2nd floor). Please theme your banner to be appropriate for Homecoming, show your ETSU pride, and identify your office, college or department! This year's America 250 patriotic theme is "Red, White, Blue & Gold". You must supply your own paint and brushes. We recommend acrylic craft paint available in the craft section at Wal-Mart, Michael's, etc. Completed banners will be displayed on Main Street in the D.P. Culp Student Center the entire week of Homecoming. Once you sign up you will receive instructions for banner pickup, painting guidelines and return. You may request to keep your banner once homecoming week is over. Please note: the banners will hang vertically, so paint accordingly. If you have questions email wardence1@etsu.edu
