Vendor Application & Acceptance Policy
Submission of this application does NOT guarantee acceptance into the North Louisiana Vintage & Handmade Market. All vendor applications will be reviewed to ensure that products, merchandise, and booth presentation align with the vision and standards of the Market. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion and may limit the number of vendors within certain product categories to maintain a diverse shopping experience. Applicants will be notified by email within 21 days of submitting their application regarding their acceptance status. If accepted, the vendor will receive an email within a vendor agreement and invoice for the approved booth space and any applicable add-ons. Payment instructions and a payment deadline will be included with the acceptance notification. Your booth reservation is NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL AGREEMENT IS SIGNED AND YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. Failure to submit signed agreement and payment by the deadline stated on your invoice, may result in the booth space being released to another applicant. Accepted vendors are expected to participate during all published market hours on both March 6 & 7, 2027. Vendors may not dismantle or leave their booth early without prior approval.
