The Harvest Showdown, First Friday at Goodyear Ballpark. Friday, October 2, 2026, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Address: 15461 W Festival Way, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Contest entry fee: $5 per entry. Every participant gets a professional photo. Entries are limited to 36 total. Entry closes when full or at 6:00 PM on event day, whichever comes first.

I voluntarily participate in the costume contest at my own risk. I release Food Truck Next LLC, the City of Goodyear, Goodyear Ballpark, and their owners, staff, agents, and partners from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the contest or presence at the event, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law. For entrants under 18, the undersigned parent or guardian agrees to this release on the minor's behalf.

Contest rules acknowledgment

I understand and agree: entry fee is $5 and is non-refundable, including in case of no show, weather, or event changes. Costumes must be family-friendly (no excessive gore, no weapons or realistic weapon props, no offensive content). Food Truck Next may disqualify any entry at its sole discretion without refund. Judging results are final. Check in at the Info Booth by 6:30 PM on event night; late arrivals may forfeit their spot without refund. The contest runs rain or shine.
