  • Cozy Christmas Policies:

    Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details about your reservation.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will receive a 50% refund, as your space has been reserved and preparations have already been made for your visit.

    Inclement Weather Policy: Cozy Christmas in the Vineyard is an outdoor experience and will continue during normal winter weather, including cold temperatures and light rain. In the event of severe or unsafe weather that requires Fortunata Winery to cancel your reservation, guests will have the option to reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund. Weather-related cancellations will be determined by Fortunata Winery. Guest cancellations due to personal weather concerns will follow our standard cancellation policy.
