• Thanksgiving Basket Registration

    Welcome to the LifeWorks Community Action Thanksgiving registration form! LifeWorks delivers baskets containing popular Thanksgiving food items to help you make a holiday meal. Each family also receives a gift card to purchase a protein of their choice. The basket does not include a turkey. This program is open to all Saratoga County residents. Please note, this program is designed for families who will have 2 or more at dinner. If you are in a household of 1, we can schedule a hot meal delivered to you.     Thanksgiving baskets will be delivered to your home on Saturday, November 21st. Please answer the following questions to ensure that your delivery can be completed successfully. If your delivery cannot be completed, it will be available for pickup at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds on Monday the 23rd or Tuesday the 24th.

  • Delivery Acknowledgement

    I acknowledge that LifeWorks will deliver my Thanksgiving basket as best as possible using the information I provided. Please be home on November 21st and be ready to accept the delivery. You will also receive a call or text from one of our volunteer drivers confirming your address and any delivery instructions on the date of delivery. If we cannot get in touch with you or find our house, the delivery may not be able to be completed.

    WIC supports moms, moms-to-be, children aged 5 and under, and their families with access to healthy food nutrition education breastfeeding support referrals to other services.

    Head Start programs support pregnant women and children from birth through age 5 through services centered around early learning and development, health and family well-being. Head Start offers center-based classrooms, as well as home-based programs.

  • Weatherization

    LifeWorks Energy Services Department helps households save money on energy by making improvements to their house or apartment.

  • Family Services

    Family Services supports families and neighbors to achieve economic security and provides guidance and support while working toward short and long-term goals. Services include Mobility Mentoring, case management, and referrals and service navigation.
