I understand that Sprout & Play involves the ordinary risks of toddler play and activities, including running, climbing, falling, play equipment, and interaction with other children. I voluntarily assume these risks and understand that I am responsible for supervising my child at all times during the program. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless Evergreen Children’s Academy, its directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from claims arising from ordinary negligence related to participation in Sprout & Play. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless conduct, or liability that cannot legally be waived. I authorize reasonable emergency medical assistance for my child if necessary. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver.
