Transportation Request

Request the school van or a yellow bus for a school trip.
Submit at least two weeks before the trip. Operations will approve or deny the request based on vehicle availability and will reply to the email address you give below.

The van is assigned in this order of priority: educational trips, athletics, non-curriculum and curriculum field trips, then all other uses as approved.

The van driver must be on the authorized driver list and must complete the Van Use Log for each trip. Only students in Grade 3 and above may ride in the van; Grade 1 and 2 trips use a yellow bus. Passengers are limited to people on official school business: no family members, friends, hitchhikers or animals.
