How Deposits & Payments Work
Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by trip, supplier, and travel package. Your Chic Travel Specialist will provide the payment requirements specific to your reservation. Deposits may be non-refundable and/or non-transferable, depending on the terms of the applicable travel supplier. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been received from your Chic Travel Specialist. Installment and final-payment due dates will be communicated to you as part of your booking. Payments must be received by the stated deadlines to keep your reservation active. Failure to make a required payment by its due date may result in cancellation or other penalties in accordance with the applicable supplier’s terms. Prices and availability are subject to change until your reservation has been confirmed.
