TERMS OF SERVICE: I understand that Camp Flix is a substance free organization. All campers and staff members will refrain from any foul language, reckless behavior, cigarette smoking or other tobacco use, alcohol consumption, or the taking of any illegal drugs, while participating in any Camp Flix activity and while on the Camp Flix premises. Theft and vandalism of Camp Flix property or the property of others is prohibited. Any violation of these rules and policies will result in immediate dismissal from Camp Flix. No refunds of any kind will be issued.
PERMISSION: I give Camp Flix permission to use my child’s likeness or image, if it is captured.
ELIGIBILITY: At Camp Flix, we strive to be as inclusive and accommodating as possible in order to ensure that your child has the most positive experience at camp. To assess whether or not we can fully support your child’s success, please let us know if your child requires any special accommodations for mobility issues, cognitive abilities, etc., so we can determine our staff's capacity to support your child’s participation in all camp activities. Otherwise, please select Not Applicable.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

You may pay by credit card (AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). Full payment is due to reserve space. You may change sessions up until 14 days before your scheduled session and may cancel up to 4 weeks before session start date without penalty. If you cancel within three weeks of your first session date you will be refunded 75% of payment or receive credit for a future session. If cancellation is made two weeks prior to camp, 50% of payment will be refunded. No refund is given for cancellations made one week prior to first session date. Curriculum and camp schedules are subject to change.

By submitting this application, I authorize that the previously entered information is correct and wish to enroll my child in one of the Summer 2027 Camp Flix sessions in Atlanta, GA. I have read and understand the program offerings, tuition, options, conduct, and cancellation policies of Camp Flix and agree to all of the aforementioned terms.
