Indoor canopies, open flames, candles, smoke, fog machines, confetti, glitter and equipment attached to walls or ceilings are prohibited unless approved in writing by both the venue and organizer.

    10. Alcohol

Vendors may not sell, serve, sample or distribute alcoholic beverages unless separately authorized by the venue, organizer and appropriate licensing authority.

    13. Staffing and Conduct

Booths must remain staffed throughout event hours.

Vendors and their representatives must behave professionally and respectfully toward guests, venue staff, performers, other vendors and event personnel.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, intoxication, unsafe conduct or repeated failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal without refund.

    14. Security and Personal Property

Vendors are responsible for securing their own cash, merchandise, equipment and personal belongings.

Tayler’d Experiences, ArtLoveSalon and associated parties are not responsible for theft, loss or damage to vendor property.

    15. Venue Damage

Vendors are financially responsible for damage caused by their products, equipment, displays, employees or activities.

Nothing may be taped, nailed, stapled, screwed or otherwise attached to the venue without prior approval.

    16. Marketing and Promotion

Accepted vendors grant Tayler’d Experiences permission to use submitted business names, logos, product photographs and approved promotional materials to market the event.

Vendors are encouraged to share official event graphics and ticket information with their audiences. Participation does not guarantee a specific amount of advertising, attendance, sales or customer engagement.

    17. Photography and Recording

Photography and video recording may occur throughout Chocolate After Dark.

By participating, vendors authorize Tayler’d Experiences and approved event partners to photograph or record their booth, products and representatives and to use that material for event promotion, recaps and future marketing without additional compensation.

Vendors must notify the organizer in writing before the event if there is a specific concern regarding photography.

    18. Attendance and Sales

Attendance projections are estimates only. Tayler’d Experiences does not guarantee attendance, revenue, sales, profitability, category exclusivity or any specific business outcome.

The organizer may make reasonable changes to event hours, layout, vendor placement, programming, setup procedures or operational requirements when necessary for safety, venue compliance or event production.

Updated information will be communicated to vendors as promptly as reasonably possible.

    20. Indemnification and Assumption of Risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vendors assume responsibility for their participation, products, services, employees, equipment and activities.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tayler’d Experiences, ArtLoveSalon, the venue owner, event partners and their respective representatives from claims, damages, losses, injuries or expenses arising from the vendor’s negligence, misconduct, products, services, booth operations or failure to comply with applicable requirements.
