Room Capacity: Maximum 2 people (limited space). Performers and accompanists only (no parents or teachers allowed).

Booking Limit: Strictly one slot per person.
Availability: First-come, first-served (bookings close once all slots are filled).
Policy: No time extensions or refunds will be issued for late arrivals or absences.

Cancellation or Modification of Events: The recital and related events may be canceled, postponed, or modified in whole or in part due to epidemics or pandemics, natural disasters, fire, circumstances on the part of the venue, orders or advisories of governments or public authorities, travel restrictions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Special Venue LLC. In such cases, Special Venue LLC shall not be liable for any resulting damages. Whether and how any postponement, rescheduling, full or partial refund of participation fees, or other remedy is provided shall be determined at the sole discretion of Special Venue LLC depending on the circumstances. Travel expenses, accommodation expenses, and any other costs incurred by participants in connection with their participation shall not be compensated under any circumstances, and participants are advised to obtain travel insurance at their own discretion.
