Tattoo Request Form
Hello! I’m so glad you are here. My name is Katie and I am a nerdy, fantasy loving reader and artist. I create colorful, illustrative tattoos for the dragon-riders, nerds, and those who love to have fun. Please complete the form below and share your details, preferences, and photos—along with your desired appointment date. PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH TATTOO IDEA UNLESS THEY ARE MATCHING TATTOOS OR PART OF A LARGER COHESIVE DESIGN. I will look over all requests and then I will email you if you’ve been accepted to move forward and tattoo. Once accepted, a consultation will be scheduled to discuss your tattoo in more detail. During your consultation there will be a required deposit that will be due to secure your booking with me. After the deposit is paid, time will be held on my calendar for your appointment and I will start work on your design.
Designing Your Tattoo
I do things a little differently than most. I will show you your design ahead of the appointment. My goal is to create the best tattoo possible for you that you are 100% happy with, and I do allow changes on the design. Showing it ahead of time gives us both the time to make sure it is exactly what you’re hoping for. This also eases pressure to get something quickly. I value straightforward communication! If you have something you don’t like or want to adjust, please let me know. I do not get offended and want to make it so you love it. This is a collaborative process!
Pricing
I charge $150 per hour for most tattoos. I do have a day rate of $900 for those with bigger projects. This can be paid with a card, Venmo, or cashapp. Cash also accepted but I do not carry change so please bring what you need to ensure you can adjust as needed.
No-Show Policy
If you no-show your consultation appointment and do not communicate ahead of time, one reschedule will be allowed. If it happens a second time you will need to put down a deposit for future consultation appointments. If you no-show your tattoo appointment without notice you will get one reschedule with me. If it happens a second time your deposit will be forfeited to pay for my lost time and a new one will be needed before you will be able to schedule another appointment.
