Before you arrive
- A card on file is required to reserve your appointment, and new guests place a 50% deposit at booking — it's applied toward your visit.
- Please arrive on time. Guests more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Come with your hair dry and worn the way you usually wear it, and bring inspiration photos — we love them.
- A $5 Eco Fee is added to each visit. We're a Green Circle Salon and recycle up to 95% of our beauty waste.

Cancellation Policy — please read before signing
Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the service total will be charged.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the service total will be charged.
