  • Pre-Transport Inspection & Secure Load Acknowledgment

  • At pickup/loading, Truck Buddie and the customer will walk through the items and load before transport. Truck Buddie may photograph the items, visible condition, loaded arrangement, tie-downs/securement, and any pre-existing damage for documentation, and the customer confirms they had an opportunity to inspect the load and raise any concerns before departure.
  • I understand and agree to the pre-transport walkthrough, photographs/documentation, load securement review, and transport liability terms, including that I assume the ordinary risks associated with transportation and that Truck Buddie is waived/released from claims for loss or damage during transport to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, except for liability that cannot legally be waived.*
