1. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT-A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed in order to reserve the date and begin planning/preparing the order.The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the order has been submitted and accepted. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 1 week before pick up. Orders will not be considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.2. CREATIVE FREEDOM By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the baker/decorator has complete creative freedom regarding the final design, including but not limited to:Colors and color combinations Shapes and sizes Decorative vs details Piping and/or embellishments Placement of decorations Overall artistic interpretation of the requested theme The customer may provide a theme, color palette, inspiration, or general design direction, but understands that the finished product may vary from inspiration photos or examples.The baker will use their professional judgment and creativity to create a cohesive and visually appealing design.3. NO CHANGES AFTER ORDER SUBMISSION Once the order has been submitted and accepted, no changes may be made to the design, flavor, quantity, colors, theme, or other order details.Please carefully review all order information before submitting your order.Changes requested after submission are not guaranteed and may not be possible due to preparation, purchasing, scheduling, or production requirements.4. INSPIRATION PHOTOS Reference or inspiration photos may be provided to communicate a general theme or aesthetic. Inspiration photos are not guaranteed to be duplicated exactly.The final product will be an original creation based on the requested theme and the baker’s creative interpretation.5. CANCELLATIONS Because custom orders require advance planning, purchasing, preparation, and scheduling, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.If an order is canceled after the remaining balance has been paid, any refund of the remaining balance will be determined at the baker’s discretion based on the amount of work, supplies, and preparation already completed.6. PICKUP / DELIVERY The customer is responsible for picking up the order at the agreed-upon date, time, and location unless delivery arrangements have been made in advance.Once the order has been picked up or delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for proper transportation, storage, handling, and care of the cake pops.7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By submitting a custom cake pop order and paying the required 50% deposit, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Custom Cake Pop Order Agreement.
