    Terms & Conditions | July 19–26, 2027

    By registering for the Alcohol Heroes Vacations Amsterdam & Ibiza 2027 Trip, each traveler acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

    Deposit & Reservation: A minimum 10% deposit is required to secure your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.


    Payment Schedule: After registration, you will receive an invoice with a payment link that may be used to make payments toward your trip balance. Travelers may make payments at their convenience; however, the entire trip balance must be paid in full no later than May 22, 2027. Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of amounts previously paid.


    Trip Pricing: Pricing is based on the selected occupancy arrangement. Travelers are responsible for ensuring all payments are made by the applicable deadlines. Any optional activities, airfare, meals, transportation, or other expenses specifically identified as not included in the package are the responsibility of the traveler.


    Cancellations & Refunds: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing to Alcohol Heroes Vacations. Refunds of payments made beyond the deposit, if any, will be subject to Alcohol Heroes Vacations' cancellation policy and any non-refundable amounts already paid to hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.


    Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers should consider coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost or delayed baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Each traveler is responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.


    Travel Documents: Each traveler is responsible for having a valid passport and any visas, entry authorizations, or other documents required for travel to the Netherlands and Spain. Alcohol Heroes Vacations is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, or additional expenses resulting from inadequate or invalid travel documentation.


    Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances: Itineraries, accommodations, activities, transportation, and other trip components may be modified when circumstances outside the control of Alcohol Heroes Vacations require changes. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide comparable alternatives when possible.


    Traveler Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled activities and transportation and for complying with local laws, hotel policies, tour operator requirements, and group guidelines.


    By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable deposit and May 22, 2027 final payment deadline.
